TREC Extends Waiver of Deadlines for License Renewals

If the expiration date on your real estate license is March 31, 2020; April 30, 2020; May 31, 2020; or June 30, 2020, you are automatically granted an extension for renewal through July 31, 2020.  If you have one of these expiration dates and have already completed your renewal requirements, you can renew active at any time prior to July 31, 2020.
