Runoff Recap: Great for Texas Real Estate

The May 22 primary runoff election in Texas proved to be an outstanding night for REALTOR®-supported candidates: 73% of REALTOR®-supported candidates—from both political parties—won their runoff elections.

1. NAR and RPAC successfully supported one federal candidate

2. TAR and TREPAC took positions in nine state legislative races and one judicial race

3. Of those 11 races, eight (73%) won and will be on the November ballot for their respective parties
