The Texas REALTORS® has proposed four new commercial forms:

1. Commercial Contract Condominium Addendum (Incomplete Construction) (1946)

2. Commercial Request for Evaluation Materials and Confidentiality Agreement (1947)

3. Commercial Lease Notice of Tenant’s Breach of Lease (2123)

4. Commercial Sublease Guaranty (2124)
